Our in office consultation visits are $150 which is a one-time annual fee.

Yes, you can purchase virtual visit. We can recommend products based on concern. In some cases we recommend follow up in 30 days and other circumstances follow up in 90 days.

We are currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield Commercial PPO Plans for online virtual appointments. For your convenience we also accept HSA and FSA. Please contact our office Monday through Friday 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM for any other questions.

Our current supply sizes range from 30 grams to 270 grams.
30g typically last 90 days for treatment of face. Please apply thin layer to area as directed by prescription.
60g typically last 90 days for treatment of face and an additional area. Please apply thin layer to area as directed by prescription.
90g typically last 90 days for treatment of larger areas when application is required twice daily. Please apply thin layer to area as directed by prescription.
180g typically last 90 days for treatment of larger areas when application is required three times daily. Please apply thin layer to area as directed by prescription.
270g typically last 90 days for treatment of larger areas when application is required four times daily. Please apply thin layer to areas as directed by prescription.

We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received. Most inquiries are addressed within 24 hours during our business hours.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately at nurse@beautemedicalaesthetics.org with your name and order number. While we’ll do our best to process your request, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been packed or shipped.

Our processing time is 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping times vary but are typically 1–3 business days after the order has been processed. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Depending on the size and contents of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged item. Please email us at nurse@beautemedicalaesthetics.org with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you.

If you received a damaged item or are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nurse@beautemedicalaesthetics.org. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at nurse@beautemedicalaesthetics.org. Cancellation requests are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.
